2024 Fees
Property Hunting to purchase a property. Payment is only due at the time you sign the final act
The French law Hoguet du 2 janvier 1970 states that any Real Estate Agent, Property Hunter or any other entity dealing with property transactions CANNOT be remunerated if there is NO sale! Therefore, my property hunting service tailored to buyers is only due after the deed of sale "l'acte authentique de vente" at the notary office. This is fee is purely for property hunting.
2025 FEE
The fee will be communicated to you once the project is discussed and there is a clear understanding of your requirements.
The fee is calculated on:
- the difficulty of the search (criteria)
- location (search area)
- level of exclusively you want of your property hunter - Do you want a property hunter only working for you?
The fee is NOT a % of a property's value. I prefer to remove any links between the property a client is interested in purchasing and my services. A fixed fee will be communicated to you once your project has been assessed.
However, if you prefer a % based fee, I'm flexible.
Property Hunting fee starts from €4 700 TTC.

Buyers Support - à la carte
The fee will be communicated to you once your specific needs have been clearly identified. This service is available to all buyers' irrespective of where they currently are in the process.
