2024 Fees

The French law Hoguet du 2 janvier 1970 states that any Real Estate Agent, Property Hunter or any other entity dealing with property transactions CANNOT be remunerated if there is NO sale!  Therefore, my property hunting services are only chargeable after the deed of sale "l'acte authentique de vente" at the notary office.

2024 FEE

The fee will be communicated to you once the project is discussed and there is a clear understanding of your requirements.  

The fee is calculated on:

- the difficulty of the search (criteria)

- location (search area)

- level of exclusively you want of your property hunter - Do you want a property hunter only working for you?

The fee is NOT a % of a property's value. I prefer to remove any links between the property a client is interested in purchasing and my services. A fixed fee will be communicated to you once your project has been assessed. 

However, if you prefer a % based fee, I'm flexible.

The fee will always be clearly written in the contract "Mandat de Recherche Exclusif" which both parties need to sign in order to validate the mission.   

On demand : Structural report  (additional charge)

The fee will be communicated to you once your specific needs have been clearly identified. This service is available to all buyers' irrespective of where they currently are in the process.
