If you have chosen to sell your property privately, without the assistance of an agent or agency, please note that if you receive an email from me, I am not seeking to list your property. As an exclusive buyer's agent, I do not work with "mandat de vente" agreements.
I am reaching out on behalf of a serious buyer client. There is no charge or fee to you. My role is to represent the interests of my client, and I have an exclusive search agreement with them.

Due to the increasing number of individuals who wish to sell their property through private networks "off-market," while still gaining access to serious buyers who have already undergone an initial vetting process, I have received inquiries from private sellers asking if they can share their property details with me for distribution to my exclusive network of serious buyers and fellow buyer agents.
This is absolutely possible. If you wish to send me your property information, I recommend doing so with photos at least one week before officially listing it on traditional private platforms. This allows me to present your property to my network of qualified buyers ahead of its public release.
IMPORTANT: Please be aware that this process functions exactly the same way as publishing on traditional private platforms. You remain responsible for your property and its publication. You will not be represented by an agent; instead, you are simply being given access to a pool of potential serious buyers.
