You have decided to sell your home privately (without the support of an agent / agency). If you receive an email from me, please note that I am not interested in obtaining your property as a listing! I am an exclusive buyer agent and have never accepted to work with a mandat de vente.

Due to the fact that many individuals want to sell their property via private networks "off-market" yet want access to serious buyers who have already gone through an initial "serious check", I've had private sellers contact me to ask if they can send me their property details to share with my private network of serious buyers as well as to share with my network of fellow buyer agents. This is possible and if you want to send me your property information I recommend you send me your details with photos a week before you publish it officially on the traditional private platforms.
