Toulouse is a dynamic and beautiful city, perfectly positioned with easy access to the Pyrenees, the Atlantic, the Mediterranean, and Spain, which is just a short distance away. After more than 15 years, I am still deeply in love with this city. I got married here, had my children here, and built my company here.
I’m often asked why I focus primarily on property hunting for the international community. It’s a long story, and if you’re interested in the "full version," I’d be happy to share it over a cup of coffee—but I’ll keep it brief for now.
As a child, I moved around a lot. My father’s work gave us the opportunity to live in different countries and immerse ourselves in various cultures, something I will always be grateful for. Although we enjoyed every adventure, my mother always made sure that no matter where we lived, we felt at home. The house had to suit our family’s needs—the layout, size, character, garden, proximity to schools, activities, transport, and amenities. She would then work her magic to transform the interior into a home full of warmth and character.
We often associate ourselves with a particular country, culture, or nationality—usually the place where we grew up, where childhood friends are, or where most of our family still lives. For me, my roots are not tied to a specific town, country, or nationality. My roots are, and always have been, about family and home. That’s why house hunting is so meaningful to me. A house becomes a home, and that home becomes the foundation for creating memories for other families, just like mine. It’s where they will build their own special place, their roots in France.
I've lived in 8 countries across 4 continents

A property finder/hunter is a real estate professional who is mandated by a buyer or future tenant to find a property that meets very specific requirements. All terms are clearly outlined in a search contract.
Just as listing agents manage the entire sale process of a property for their clients, property finders coordinate the search, evaluation, negotiation, and purchasing process (in the case of a purchase mission) on behalf of their clients.
Exclusive property finders/hunters have access to all available properties. They can consult with listing agents (traditional agents), other real estate professionals, and private sellers as needed to identify the ideal property.
If you've already begun searching for a property, you’re likely familiar with how exhausting it can be. In France, property locations are often not disclosed in advance, which can lead to wasted time and energy visiting properties that don’t meet your expectations. This reluctance by agents to share property locations often stems from concerns about buyers bypassing the agent and going directly to the seller, cutting out the agent from the deal. As a result, it can be a frustrating and time-consuming process.
As your property finder, I take care of all the legwork and present you only with properties that meet your criteria, saving you time and effort. Once we find the right property, I assist you in drafting the official offer and provide you with a negotiation strategy, based on the local market conditions and whether there’s room for negotiation.
Having lived in Toulouse for 18 years, I have in-depth knowledge of the local property market, which allows me to guide you in making an informed decision about the asking price and where to begin negotiations.
When your offer is accepted, I will continue to support you throughout the process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and keeping you informed at every step. I simplify the often-complicated process and remain by your side until the deed is signed ("l’acte authentique") at the notary’s office.
I can intervene at any point in the process, giving you the confidence to take the lead when you’re ready. Essentially, you're in control of your journey—I simply step in when challenges arise.
I assist you with your tenant’s file, and just like in a purchase mission, I search through all available rental properties so you don’t have to. Rental searches can be particularly exhausting, especially in the complex French rental market. With my help, you’ll be supported in navigating the administrative side, handling calls, and managing property visits. Having a property finder at your side can make this process much smoother and less stressful.
International Property Hunter was founded to offer property buyers/tenants a dedicated resource for those seeking the support of a real estate agent who prioritizes the buyer's/tenant's experience. This allows buyers & tenants to make informed decisions when undertaking what is, for most people, the largest financial transaction of their lives.
My office provides a safe space where open dialogue and transparency are encouraged. Since I have no direct connection to sellers or property listings, there is no concern about a conflict of interest, ensuring that your best interests are always at the forefront.
